This website is the official merchandise store for the Euro Youth Basketball Cup 2026 (EYBC 2026). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Pre-Order Model
All merchandise is pre-ordered online before the tournament. Items are collected in person at the tournament venue. No shipping is available. You will receive an email confirmation with a QR code that you must present at the merchandise booth to collect your items.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — all card processing is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after the order deadline. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy. If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact us at the email address provided below.
5. Order Deadline
Orders must be placed before the published deadline shown on the store homepage. No orders will be accepted after this deadline. The deadline is set by the tournament organizers and may be updated at their discretion.
6. Collection
Items must be collected at the designated merchandise booth during the tournament. You must present the QR code from your order confirmation email. A staff member will verify your order and hand over your items. Uncollected items will not be shipped or refunded.
7. Limitation of Liability
The EYBC 2026 merchandise store is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing, but we are not liable for minor variations in colour or sizing. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
