When you place an order, we collect the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Team name
• Age category (U12, U14, U16, U18)
• Player name/number (optional)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used exclusively for:

• Processing and fulfilling your merchandise order
• Sending your order confirmation email with QR code
• Sending a collection confirmation when your items are picked up
• Contacting you if there is an issue with your order

We do not use your data for marketing purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own use.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails only — order confirmation and collection confirmation. Emails are sent via Resend from orders@eurobasketballcup.com. You will not receive marketing emails from us.

5. Data Storage

Order data is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase (EU region). Data is retained for the duration of the tournament and a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Product images are stored in Supabase Storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (subject to order fulfilment requirements)
